Job Description:
- Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispending of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance claims
- Maintain basic telephone standards are adhered to
- Provide quality customer service to patients
- Maintain overall cleanliness at the clinic, front counter and reception area.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min N/O level and above
- No working experience is required as on-the-job training is provided
