Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll, CPF submission, Employment Income Tax and other government claims.
- Prepare GST and perform full set of accounts.
- Assist in checking invoices and payment to suppliers.
- Process claims and reimbursement of internal staffs.
- Process work pass applications/ cancellations/transfers (work permit & S pass).
- Handle insurance renewal and claims matters.
- Assist on a whole recruitment process and other HR relevant matter.
- Handle admin duties including internal procurement, emails and calls.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned as well.
Requirements:
- Immediately availability preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Min 1 years relevant working experience.
- Able to work independently and multi-task.
- Proficient in MS office.
