Job Description
- Carry out pre-tender quantity take-off (stones and tiles), obtain quotation to compose bid prices for purpose of tenders;
- Prepare Material List, monitor quantity of material delivered to the agreed total project requirement;
- Prepare regular progress claims within the stipulated timing;
- Prepare Bill of Quantities for subcontract work;
- Prepare progress payment certificates for subcontractor;
- Prepare purchasing document for review and approval;
- Co-ordinate with material fabricators/suppliers;
- Prepare minor Auto-cad drawings when necessary;
- Any other QS function as and when required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in QS/Building or equivalent
- Knowledge of Autocad
- Experience in Stone / Tile finishes will be an added advantage
