Job Description
- The job scope of Maintenance Manager has to cover both Hotel Grand Central and Hotel Chancellor @Orchard
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, executing preventive maintenance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
- Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance projects, including plumbing, electrical and general building repairs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues to their satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safety working environment.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience in maintenance.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in a hotel or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
