Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist the Marketing Manager in carrying out the Company’s marketing and promotional activities to drive leads and sales. He or she will get developmental and growth opportunities in all aspects of the marketing function with heavy exposure to digital marketing. The role promises to be challenging and exciting.
Duties include:
- Collaborate in the strategic design, planning, and execution of all-encompassing 360 marketing campaigns, seamlessly integrating both online and offline channels.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook Reels by ideating and crafting captivating content tailored specifically for these social media platforms to elevate brand promotions.
- Utilize a wealth of knowledge in TikTok and Instagram/Facebook Reels to infuse creativity into brand promotions, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and remains on the cutting edge of social media trends.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with external stakeholders, such as brands, landlords, media outlets, and influencers, to orchestrate and execute collaborative promotions and engagements.
- Drive continuous innovation by generating fresh and inventive concepts for brand promotion and marketing, contributing to service enhancement, lead generation, and heightened brand awareness on social media platforms.
- Employ sophisticated analytics tools to measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align seamlessly with established goals, ROI, and KPIs.
- Provide invaluable general administrative support and willingly undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned, showcasing versatility and adaptability in a dynamic marketing environment.
Requirements
- An individual endowed with a limitless imagination and a flair for creative innovation
- Strong knowledge in social media and content creation
- Creative copywriting
- Must be able to speak and write in English and Chinese
- Proficient in creative tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva
- Experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and school-leavers are welcomed
- Independent, dynamic, driven and responsible. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Have passion for digital marketing and beauty industry
