Job Details:
- Administering correspondences, screening calls and scheduling for appointments
- Handle all private and confidential matters and documentation of the company and Managing Director.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Provides the Managing Director with a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support.
- Responsible for ensuring all confidential secretarial and administrative duties are completed timely and within established company guidelines.
- Responsible for managing the appointments and meeting schedules of the Managing Director.
- Responsible for purchase requisitions, office equipment and stationery.
- Scheduling the company's internal/external meetings, travel itinerary and other activities.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any study
- Min 3 years of working experience as Junior secretary
- Well-organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency.
Other requirements:

1) Able to work independently
2) Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin
3) Pleasant personality and good working attitude.
