- Lead and supervise a group of operators/leaders to ensure smooth operation
- Achieve daily production schedule with minimum yield loss
- Initiate manpower deployment
- Enforce discipline and safety on the shop floor
- Prioritization of models base on the urgent needs basis
- Promote Safety awareness
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering with minimum 2 – 3 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing environment
- Good interpersonal, team-building and supervisory skill
- Good communication, and report-writing skill
- Proactive and process good problem solving skill
