Responsibilities
- Planning, implementation and execution of outreach programmes
- Lead in events logistics and publicity efforts
- Representative for the unit and be the spokesperson reaching out to community
- Conduct and collate survey results on community engagement and feedback
- Collaborate with event sponsors on setting up of roadshows
- Managing the unit’s administrative and operational matters
- Supporting the team with projects and tasks when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience
- Confident with a positive attitude
- Proactive with a passion to engage with people from different background
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
