Due to expansion, we are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. It is a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
About the Role:
The role will be responsible for making set target of cold calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to follow up on warm leads and to identify new business opportunities.
- Route qualified sales opportunities to the appropriate sales team for further development and closure.
- Building a strong sales pipeline to have consistent growth and identifying areas of improvement to maximize potential with each customer.
- Track progress on CRM and provide accurate and timely reports and updates.
Skills & Experiences Required:
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work in a fast-paced, at times ambiguous and complex environment and have:
- 3+ years of working experience in relevant field
- Degree/Diploma qualified ideally in logistics/business management
- Proven track record in achieving set sales targets
- Strong phone presence and experience with cold calling
- Previous experience in outbound call centre or sales related role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and mange time effectively
