Job Description
- Work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers to review customer prints, bill of materials (BOM), contractual commitments and related information to determine logistics and develop logistics metrics and key performance indicators.
- Monitor projects from product design, materials planning, ramp-up production of wire harness products and ensure meeting with schedules and reaching company’s business objectives.
- Involved in defining work procedures/processes and building up documentation system.
- Responsible for driving and leading continuous improvement activities to improve yield, productivity and product Cycle time.
- Perform troubleshooting and solve technical problems to meet performance and quality requirements.
- Read, interpret and review technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent and at least 1 year in the manufacturing industry.
- Possess with mechanical/mechanical/electrical/electronics and experience in manufacturing would be an advantage.
- With knowledge on production routing and scheduling is preferred.
- Possess good leadership and must be a strong team player. Hands on skill in assembly products is preferred.
