1. Design and development of emerging 2D electronic devices
2. Nano fabrication (e.g., stacking of van der Waals heterostructures, e-beam lithography, nano deposition) in clean room
3. Low-temperature electrical characterization of the devices
Job Requirements
1. Masters degree in physics/materials science
2. 3 years of working experience in nanofabrication
3. Fluent in spoken English
