Project Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P/L for project and timely project execution
- Conduct Project progress meetings & follow-up on timely action.
- Coordinate with the project executive all client "business" related contact/correspondence to ensure consistency of reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Report to Management and make a dash board information at point in time
- Identify the potential concerns of the project well in advance and address them in an effective manner before it is raises.
- Ensure all costs and risk updates are communicated and incorporated into the overall project reporting.
- Initiate and implement best practices, procedures and standards
- Lead, direct, assist and support construction teams to ensure deliverable processes on time and within the budget.
- Involve in day-to-day activities with customer & Vendors.
- Identify, maintain & monitor the Risk register throughout the project.
- Hold review meeting with vendors & follow up on the appropriate action plan.
- Project close out and hold lesson learnt session.
- Support sales proposal to review costing sheet and optimise the cost as required.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferably Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Control engineering or related industries.
- At least 5 years of proven project management experience in Oil & Gas / Marine industry.
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines
- Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
- Be able to work at flexible after office hours due to project requirements
- Strong communication skills for contractor and customer management

- Within agreed budget
- Commendation Letter
- Avoid delay more than 2 weeks (No LD)
- Ontime progress reporting
- LTI Zero (No Safety Issue)
- Resolution of Customer Complaints within 2 weeks (No Escalation)
