IT Support
For our office in Singapore, we are looking for someone who wants to join our skilled team of supporters. We will introduce you to all tasks within your education and ensure you get the training needed. The technologies we work with are mainly Windows Server, Azure, SQL and Microsoft 365. You will be introduced to IT infrastructure at customers on-premises, at their hosting partners and at Nordic IT´s own cloud solution, reMARK Cloud, hosted in Azure. This is a customer fronting position. You are expected to communicate directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand their issues and provide solutions.
Typical work tasks
- Ensure to provide effective and timely service to our customers.
- Identify and resolve technical issues from customers via phone, email, on-site, and remote support.
- Contribute to maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Manage and monitor installed systems, servers, network infrastructure, both on-premises and on Microsoft Azure
- Collaborate with our development team, report, and resolve software issues.
- Coordinate change requests, system enhancements, and quality assurance of solutions before deployment to production
- Develop and update technical documentation and guides.
- Assist with installation and configuration tasks.
- Constantly evolving, stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in cloud computing.
Skill Sets
- Formal training and/or experience in providing IT support.
- Passionate about all things IT.
- Communication skills in English. (Mandarin is a plus but not a requirement)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good at solving complex problems.
- Service-minded.
