Job Description & Requirements
• Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
• Post contracts administration
• Carry out other contracts administration tasks
• Lead a team of QS
Experience & Skills
• Degree with minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently and lead a team
• Strong knowledge in contracting law and practices
• Experience in preparing tenders of projects
• Good knowledge in contract administration
• Hard working and and a team player
• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
• 5 days work / week
