We are a logistics courier delivery company based in Toh Guan Road, Jurong.
Seeking an Administrator Executive to support the General Affairs & Procurement Department.
Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience in handling general admin, procurement, IT support.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Head of General Affairs
- Assist in Warehouse procurement
- Manage and ensure smooth running of office premises and infrastructure and upkeep and maintenance of office premises. e.g., stationeries, warehouse equipment, basic IT.
- Set up of IT equipment for new joiners and basic IT support or escalate to vendor for hardware matters.
- Manage Vendor relationships and Maintenance Contracts including coordinating and ensuring smooth operation of upgrading works/repairs/servicing and/or projects.
- Follow up with other duties if required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in either Office Administrative Department, IT Support, Facilities Support, etc
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, proactive and open to challenges.
- Able to start work within short notice will be an added advantage
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: starting from $2,500 depending on career
- Attendance Incentive: $200 monthly for good attendance! (No lateness or absences)
- Performance Incentive: $100 monthly depends on performance appraisal
- $10 meal allowance for overtime exceeding 2hrs
- 12 days Annual Leave per year
- Standard Sick Leave & Hospitalization & Child Care leave, Marriage leave, Paternity, Maternity, Covid19 Booster leaves
- Quarterly performance reviews with salary adjustments
Working Hours: 5 days
- Mon to Thur – 8 am to 6 pm
- Fri – 9 am to 6 pm
- Off Day - Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday
