L2 Cloud Support Developer (BioMed)
We are looking for mid-level engineers to join an exciting Singapore Biomedical startup as they expand their portfolio to Japan, China and USA.
Job description
- Provide L2 operation support including investigation of the issues reported and ensuring the issues are fixed as per user requirement
- Monitor application health and generate service and maintenance reports
- Assist and involve in the system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to production implementation of changes
- Assist and involve in change management process including Change Approval, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and verification
- Assist and involve in server maintenance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health check
- Maintain and implement tools to enhance software development and operations workflow
- Maintain, implement and troubleshoot software features in products
- Analyse data and test the integrity of systems to ensure production applications and services are operating optimally
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of L2 support role experience is required
- Minimum 1 year experience in web-based application development is required
- Experience in application monitoring, maintenance and troubleshooting is required
- Experience in cloud monitoring and DevOps maintenance is required
- Experience in programming language such as NodeJS, NestJS or Python
- Experience in Linux and Windows systems, and protocols TCP, DNS, TLS/SSL, HTTP (SYSTEM NETWORK- INFRA/ Data Centre)
- Experience in software version control using Git (software development)
- Good problem solving and analytical skills to resolve technical problems
