- Responsible for Parts Order and Receipt Processes.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Folow- up on backorders with suppliers on parts delivery date.
- Support office management for the wellbeing of employees.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep track of backorders ETA date and follow-up with supplier on delivery schedule.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1 year of admin working experience.
