  • Responsible for Parts Order and Receipt Processes.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Folow- up on backorders with suppliers on parts delivery date.
  • Support office management for the wellbeing of employees.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep track of backorders ETA date and follow-up with supplier on delivery schedule.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder with at least 1 year of admin working experience.
