Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Process membership applications including the tracking and following up for incomplete submissions
· Perform backend membership processes, data maintenance and update members’ particulars in the database, ensure memberships are processed with a high degree of accuracy
· Assist with renewal notification to members
· Answering members’ enquiries via phone calls and emails.
· Assist with fact-finding on membership feedback matters and proactive highlight any business operations issues
· Assist with user acceptance testing on membership systems
· Assist in data analytics and cleaning
· Provide administrative support and any other duties as and when necessary
Job Requirements
· Possesses at least a recognised diploma or GCE “A” level, with at least 3 years of working experience in processing of applications and administrative works
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as meticulous to detail are critical.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills with capabilities to attend customers’ enquiries
· Willingness to take up new job responsibilities when required
· Proficient in MS office Application, especially Excel
· Self-motivated and a good team player
· Prior experience in a membership organisation or banks backend operations will be advantageous.
