The Role
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to create and deliver multi-channel creative solutions and effective marketing strategies for various projects through interpretation of data.
- Managing the implementation of full-suite marketing activities that includes ATL, BTL, social, digital, PR etc.
- Ensure strategies and contents align with marketing and SEO objectives, while ensuring consistency with brand voice, style and tone.
- Optimise content for organic search and manage paid advertising campaigns.
- Set benchmark metrics, measure, and report monthly performance of all projects, campaigns, and distribution channel initiatives to ensure ROI.
- Propose and implement a suitable budget for cost effective and efficient marketing activities.
- Manage creative resources including the marketing team, brand designers, writers, and other agency personnel (i.e. PR agency, influencer marketing agency, print vendors, etc.).

The Requirements
- 3-5 years minimum working experience in Marketing, preferably with a focus on Digital Marketing and some experience with Events Marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferable. (Certifications in digital marketing, data analytics, or marketing technology can be advantageous.)
- Results oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on conversion, sales, and other marketing goals.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, and possesses ability to derive actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategies.
- Familiar with CMS (i.e. WordPress) and CRM systems (i.e. Social Pilot) with an understanding of the latest marketing technology trends and their application.
- Have comprehensive understanding of SEO, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent command in English language
