Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT helpdesk support for end user
- Maintain network equipment
- Setup of new PCs/Laptops/Printers and install software
- Evaluate and test IT software and hardware
- Maintain and upkeep of software and hardware inventories
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in IT-related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in IT helpdesk support
- Good communication, follow up and coordinating skills
- Good technical knowledge in IT infrastructure and systems
