We are hiring Contract Human Resource Executive (Healthcare) to be outsourced to reputable hospitals!
Job Scope:
- Assist with archival and shredding of documents
- Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Sending reference checks & educational verifications
- Getting ready induction kits and document for new staff reporting for work (such as issuing temporary staff card, printing name tags, etc)
- Assist the execs with administrative work to offboard staff who have resigned or whose contract is ending
- File documents to hard copy pfiles
- Other HR duties as may be assigned
Working hours:
· Mon - Fri (Office Hours)
The Job Requirements:
· Minimum Degree in Human Resource or any studies
· Experience Needed
· Able to commit for 6 months
