Responsibilities:
- Managing a team, you’ll provide mentorship as an integral part of your role for the department.
- Work closely with the management and business unit heads to meet the business' HR needs
- Assessing and identifying the gaps in its HR needs, you lead project initiatives to address the business' gaps in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, performance management, staff engagement, etc
- Review and improvement of policies are also part of the work, you initiate reviews and formulation of policies relevant to the business' evolving needs. The work encompasses a mix of strategic elements and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations. Some examples of HR initiatives you will helm are implementation of HR system, process streamlining etc
- Diligent in establishing a more structured approach to HR in terms of policy work and issues handling.
Requirement:
- Degree in HRM with min 8 years of experience in managerial role
- Prio experience in leading a team
- Strong experience in driving HR transformation in companies
- Proven to be operationally hands on, a change agent who is strategic yet hands on, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience implementing HR software
