Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accounting ledgers, journals, and schedules.
- Provide support in Accounts Receivables.
- Maintain foreign currency rates in the system.
- Manage GL accounts and codes.
- Review depreciation, assets disposal, and maintain fixed assets schedules.
- Ensure timely completion of closing procedures.
- Prepare month-end closing and variances reports, including supporting schedules.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure a healthy financial position.
- Prepare periodic submissions such as GST.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit.
- Coordinate with corporate secretarial for submission of XBRL files.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation.
- Handle any other assignments as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Accountacy, Business, Finance or any related course of studies
- Min 3 years of experience in Full set accounting
- Experience in healthcare industry will be advantageous
