Responsibilities
- Handle calls/emails from client
- Arrange Project work/Ad-hoc job including liaising with operation team including warehouse and customer
- Follow-up with Project work on each stages
- Arrange daily transportation job
- Close Bill for each Project /Ad-hoc job
- Chase payment from customer
- liasing with Billing / Finance Team on Billing matters
- Perform adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma holder with 1 to 2 years work experience
- Able to Multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
- Meticulous and service-oriented
- Team player who is able to communicate and work effectively with other team members
