Tasks & responsibilities:
- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- To attend site meetings with Clients, Main-Contractor and/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues, and to update to our own construction team and Management
- To manage workers’ time cards, do not work unnecessary overtime.

Qualifications & experience:
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Project Management, Site Management, Client Management
- Required language(s): Chinese
- Priority Singaporean and Malaysian
