Job Summary:
Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Singapore. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of a sales team. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops a sales and marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects and to penetrate new markets.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team.
- Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
- Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
- Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
- Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in any Life Science discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend nformation
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
- Reports directly to Director of Sales and Marketing.
