Job Description:
· Take charge of the administration of Privileged User Accounts of Windows, UNIX servers, SAP, and AS400 platforms using CyberArk components;
· Integrate various platforms such as different LDAP providers, Windows servers, UNIX servers, databases and networking devices with CyberArk;
· Create and manage Safes, Platforms, and Owners;
. Be involved in plug-in development for new platforms;
· Use of Central Policy Manager (CPM) policies management or redistribution;
· Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers to ensure consistent system availability to end-users;
· Test and certify new product versions, fix bugs and provide detailed reports;
· Review Security Bulletins and patch the CyberArk components applicable;
· Work closely with the Operations team;
· Report to the domain expert in charge of ‘Windows, Security and Collaborative Solutions’.
Requirements:
· 2-3+ years of experience in deployment and implementation of Privileged Identity Management using CyberArk solutions for customers;
· Technically good with CyberArk PAS Suite 10.5 and above, including but not limited to provisioning for Secure Document Vault (Secure repository and sharing infrastructure), Enterprise Password Vault (Privileged Accounts at O.S. and DB levels);
Hands-on experience Well-versed with Windows and Active Directory security administration and O365 Exchange Online Administration;
· Ability to create PowerShell scripts or familiar with other scripting languages;
· •Knowledge of Security, IAM, Data Protection, EDR, Infrastructure Security, LDAP, GPOs and Patch Management;
· Experience in handling Disaster Recovery failover, High Availability;
Knowledge of CPM and PSM connector customisation;
· Good to have:
o Experience in the administration of LANdesk servers (I.T. Asset and patch management) and Kaspersky servers (antivirus) is a strength for this position;
o Privileged Session Manager (PSM) (Control and monitor privileged accesses), Discovery and Analysis tool.
