- Execute all necessary transactions to meet customer and internal requirements, ensuring a smooth production flow.
- Control and manage strategic inventory to support production goals, optimizing product mix and considering lead times accordance with customer requirements.
- Communicate with relevant parties, leading production by prioritizing tasks, controlling work-in-progress (WIP), and managing production output.
- Coordinate alternatives in case of unexpected or planned equipment downtimes to meet logistical needs and ensure timely shipments.
- Schedule growing processes based on customer demand and puller capacities.
- Collaborate with technology teams to optimize processes.
- Plan and execute deliveries to international sites.
- Make adjustments to the planning process to accommodate changes in specifications requirements.
- Make decisions regarding the usage of aging inventory.
- Schedule and optimize the usage of test materials.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related role
- At least Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of logistic processes and systems like Workstream, SAP, reporting tools
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing process flow
- High level of PC skills
