Claim Advisor
We are looking for a Vehicle Claim Advisor to manage insurance claim due to vehicle accident. You will be responsible for analysing and handling insurance claims and overseeing the timely submission and approval of claims. This includes follow up on repairs, ensuring prompt payment for third-party claims, and collaborating with other departments to close the paper works.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage vehicle accident claims.
• Ensure all accident cars are repaired as scheduled and recommended by surveyor.
• Ensure all documents are such as job cards, files and reports are raised, and jobs are invoiced.
• Ensure discharge forms are duly approved and signed off before release of vehicles.
• Follow up with insurance company and customer for payment.
• Maintain insurance claims reports and perform claim analysis for management reporting.
• Monitor aging report and highlight cases that have settlement issues, loss of used, etc.
• Administer and maintain all documents pertaining to cost, claims and vehicle history.
• Liaise with other department to ensure customer’s needs are meet.
• Update customers on repair progress and expected completion date.
Requirements:
• Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ ‘O’ level or above.
• Min 3 years of relevant working experience in vehicle accident claims.
• Possess class 3 driving license is a must.
• Able to articulate issues, analyse and identify problem, and provide solution.
• Able to carry out accident claim quotations and liaise with insurance companies on claim status.
• Strong administrative and co-ordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills couples with good working attitudes.
