We are looking for a recruitment researcher to join our team.


Office Location: East of Singapore


Your role will be a 180 recruiter managing the candidate end of the recruitment process.


Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition (100%)

  • Manage End-to-end recruitment and selection based on client's requirements on various job openings e.g., interview, shortlisting, profiling, fulfilment, interview feedback and salary negotiations.
  • Meeting sales targets as assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Identify suitable candidates from our candidate pipelines to meet the client’s talent acquisition requirements.
  • Build candidate relationships during the candidate selection process.
  • To maintain a good relationship with the Clients with potential business growth

Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelors Degree in any field
  • 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience
  • Ability to build a solid understanding of your clients' needs and wider industry trends
  • An entrepreneurial, organized and driven approach with excellent attention to detail
  • Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) is preferred although not a must (The shortlisted candidate is expected and should be willing to take the certification before/within joining).
