We are looking for a recruitment researcher to join our team.
Office Location: East of Singapore
Your role will be a 180 recruiter managing the candidate end of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (100%)
- Manage End-to-end recruitment and selection based on client's requirements on various job openings e.g., interview, shortlisting, profiling, fulfilment, interview feedback and salary negotiations.
- Meeting sales targets as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Identify suitable candidates from our candidate pipelines to meet the client’s talent acquisition requirements.
- Build candidate relationships during the candidate selection process.
- To maintain a good relationship with the Clients with potential business growth
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec/Diploma/Bachelors Degree in any field
- 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience
- Ability to build a solid understanding of your clients' needs and wider industry trends
- An entrepreneurial, organized and driven approach with excellent attention to detail
- Possessing CEI Certification (Basic) is preferred although not a must (The shortlisted candidate is expected and should be willing to take the certification before/within joining).
