Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the senior management to develop budgets, operating plans and forecasts.
- Work with outsourced accounting service companies to ensure timely and accurate Financial Accounting and Reporting functions.
- Monitor and ensure sufficient cash flows and timely payment of vendors/payroll.
- Ensure timely compliance to all statutory, accounting and tax policies.
- Develop and implement Internal Control/Financial Policies & procedures.
- Perform Financial Modelling in support of projects.
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
