Responsibilities Reporting to the Group Head of Talent, Development and Culture, you will lead the design and development of the organisation's strategic learning and development strategies, framework, programs and curriculum for employees (executive to leadership levels) aligned to the organisation's vision and business goals. You will design and deliver innovative and creative solutions to build a strong culture of learning and innovation for its diverse employee population across markets, working with delivery teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation. Partnering closely with business leaders, you will provide thought leadership in L&D, current market insights/trends and drive adoption of best-in-class practices of the future. Requirements You are degree qualified with demonstrated track record in building and leading successful learning & development functions in progressive major organisations. You are a thought leader in applying future focused learning strategies, frameworks, methodologies to build a strong culture of active learning and innovation. You have experience in managing multi-location transformation and change management. You have a data-driven approach to strategy formulation and decision-making; and are resilient, innovative with an entrepreneurial spirit. You have a genuine interest in people, humility, high EQ, as well as strong presentation and communication skills.
