- Responsible for the preparation of customers’ order at your station
- Manage inventory for food supplies
- Ensure adherence to the quality of food items according to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines in place. (e.g applying “First in First out!” kitchen best practice as well as ensuring food items are stored in perfect sanitary condition)
- Always observe and adhere to NEA standard for safety and hygiene standards for production, kitchen and culinary work area
- Ensure maintenance and sanitize cooking utensils, tools and machinery
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior
Requirements:
- Knowledge of food safety and raw materials
- Familiar with industry's best practices
- Positive and energetic personality
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Be punctual and well disciplined
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
