From a small start-up operating out of a 100 sqft office space back in 2017, CFB Bots have experienced tremendous growth over the years, notwithstanding the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, we are a leading automation solutions provider with more than 50 corporate customers in Singapore alone. And for our next phase of growth, we want to establish ourselves as a regional player, helping enterprises in APAC navigate their digitalization journey successfully.


Hence, we are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful self-starter to establish the Company’s footprint in the AP region. You will be the key person to pioneer into new regional markets, drive business development, and to plan and execute our go-to-market strategy in this region.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the management to set the company’s regional business development vision, mission, goals, strategies and deliverables to align with the company’s overall objectives
  • Formulate periodic strategic and operational work plans and/or related policies
  • Champion the company’s growth initiatives by leading the initiatives to expand its footprint within the region
  • Keep abreast of new developments in the industry and competitive strategies and developments at a regional level
  • Continuous improvement in self-research, learning and readiness on the new market, new product, solutions etc
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services
  • Follow-up on marketing leads and secure potential sales opportunities
  • Build valuable connections and be exposed to the business culture across diverse cultures
  • Establish and maintain long lasting and effective relationships and networks with clients
  • Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure feasible solutions/ proposals
  • Develop and refine negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
  • Manage, adapt, and overcome any challenges that arise
  • Promote the company’s profile and enhance its brand by participating/coordinating in trade fairs, exhibitions, events or any relevant business development and brand awareness initiatives
  • Perform meaningful data analysis based on a KPI-driven approach to infer consequences that are implemented within and beyond the new venture
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
  • Regularly assess and review sales methodology and processes
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, sales agreements and invoices for customers
  • Render after-sales support, including coordinating across functional teams to keep pulse of project schedules and progress
  • Gather and analyse feedback from customers for improvement in products and services

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution
  • At least 5 years of technical sales with business development experience in the software and technology industry, with proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong awareness of the APAC market situation and industry trends, as well as ability to do projection for the future and develop sales plan to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy
  • Good in sales planning and result orientated, with a proven track record of sales target achievement and business development success.
  • Having existing network, contacts and relationships in related markets would be advantageous.
  • Sales driven and proactive in providing recommendations and solutions
  • A self-starter who possesses unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit, business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, a user-centric mind, and the drive to maximize market opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Adeptness to thrive and work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines
  • Willing to travel overseas for business reason when regional travelling is permitted
