Job Overview:
Duration: 12 months – highly renewable
Location: 2 HARBOURFRONT PLACE
Responsibilities:
• Manage risk-mitigating activities, strategic initiatives, and process enhancements within programs.
• Support regulatory inquiries, audits, and exams, providing guidance to Front Line Units and Control Functions.
• Engage with US and international business partners, representing programs and ensuring compliance.
• Identify emerging issues, manage timelines, risks, and dependencies, and maintain effective reporting routines.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in business controls, governance, or risk management experience from Financial Services Industry
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Economics or similar field
• Flexibility to support an organization with an enterprise scope.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge effectively, and apply business judgment for optimal outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills to inform, influence, and resolve issues across all organizational levels.
Good to Have:
• Experience in exam and regulatory management.
• Understanding of outsourcing requirements, including contracts, services, and change management.
• Familiarity with Inter-affiliate Service relationships and enterprise lines of business.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Services Taxonomy.
