Who are we?
We are a group of professionals who practice evidence-based medicine to continuously make pets’ lives better. Since Vet Central began operations in Toa Payoh in 2015, we have been building a strong reputation among pet lovers for our quality, outcome-focused care and thoughtful services. At Vet Central, we see small animals such as dogs, cats, rabbits and, guinea pigs. and are well-equipped with the latest technology.
As Vet Central is privately owned by full-time practising veterinarians, we take great pride in our work and understand the importance of providing a friendly and supportive environment where teamwork and collaboration are important values.
What would working at Vet Central be like?
We value Work-Life balance and full-timers work only a total of 4 days a week. We do not work on Sundays or public holidays and there are no after-office clinic hours.
The main roles and responsibilities of the receptionist are:
- Scheduling appointments and answering the telephone
- Preparation and maintenance of medical records
- Admitting and discharging patients
- Over the counter sales
