Role Summary
You will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence and engagement of the hotel through strategic social media marketing efforts. This role involves creating and curating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and fostering meaningful connections with the hotel's audience to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing social media content, including posts, stories, and multimedia, that showcase the hotel's offerings, services, and experiences.
- Maintain and update various social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding, accurate information, and timely responses to comments and messages.
- Interact with followers, responding to comments and inquiries, fostering a sense of community, and leveraging engagement opportunities to promote the hotel's amenities.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase engagement, attract new customers, and drive bookings.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, track user engagement, and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and suggest improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Communication Studies
