What You'll Do:

• Become an expert in our advanced industrial mixing products, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with our global Sales Agents and customer service team to pinpoint prospects and strategize on impactful sales initiatives.
• Design and execute ambitious sales goals, supported by compelling sales and marketing plans.
• Engage with various teams, including engineers and management, to create accurate cost estimates and deliver superior client support.
• Convey complex technical and engineering information effectively to both internal teams and customers.
• Spearhead improvements in client relations and product capabilities.
• Manage RFPs and RFIs with a keen eye on technical details.

Who We're Looking For:

• A holder of a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Chemical Process, or a related field, with a sales or promotions focus.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% as required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and a good understanding of industrial automation.
