Data & Reporting
- Including but not limited to weekly Open JR & Hire, LI, survey reports
- Data cleaning & analysis
- Provision of data for TA leaders and SLM reporting
- Provision of data for review of recruitment platforms and assess ROI (prior to renewal)
- Handling all other ad-hoc data requests
- Identifying gaps in the recruitment process resulting in inaccurate data
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-year experience in an analyst or data-based role
- Experience with MS Excel, and other digital tools (e.g. Tableau, etc.) used for data analyses.
