Our client is a listed company in Engineering and Manufacturing industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Human Resource Executive to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Providing full spectrum of Huamn Resource and administrative duties.
- Coordinating the induction and orientation for new employees and handling exit clearance procedure
- Full employee life-cycle management
- Planning and management of training related matters
- Payroll management
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by company.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
