Job Description & Requirements
• Prepare food for production, e.g. chopping vegetables, meat cutting, sauce preparation, packaging and distribution
• Cook and prepare food items in accordance to recipes
• Ensure there is little wastage in food preparation
• Ensure proper hygiene are practiced based on Food Safety and Hygiene Standards and proper storage methods are followed
• Ensure areas of responsibility are clean, tidy and organised
• Any other duties tasked by Chef Head or based on operational needs

- Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies.
