SCOPE OF WORKS
- The personnel will be working on IT projects related to the development, support and operations of the mobile application and its backend technology platforms as well as integration with the company Rewards system.
- Manager reserves the right to re-assign projects and works based on the needs during the contract period;
- When required, to perform other duties or tasks assigned by manager.
Work Experience.
a. Candidate must have minimally 5 years of IT Application BA experience in recent years.
b. BA with recent relevant experience in Vendor and Contract Management, Change Management / Service Request Management, Problem / Incident Management will be an added advantage.
c. BA with recent experience in supporting applications operations will be an added advantage.
d. BA with recent relevant experience in supporting Government Projects and /or with relevant healthcare domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
e. BA with Business Analysis certification (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®), Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®)) will be an added advantage.
Skills Required.
Business Analysis, Application Solutions and Design, Software Testing Management and Execution, Agile Methodology, Business Process Re[1]engineering (BPR), Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, Service Request Management, Testing, Problem / Incident / Release Management, Good analytical, communications and writing skills. Able to front users, manage stakeholders and articulate requirements. Experience in .Net or J2EE, Node.JS, SQL Database, IIS, Commercial Cloud Hosting Management and Data Analytics.
