Responsibilities:
- Comply with approved Nursing SOPs
- Collaborate with a diverse team to assess and appraise the nursing care plan, ensuring its execution by the team.
- Recognize signs of illness or deterioration in clients' functional or cognitive capabilities and advocate prompt intervention.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to NAs and HCAs in the execution of their responsibilities.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Aid clients in managing common age-related conditions like incontinence and reduced mobility.
- Support the Registered Nurse as needed.
- Fulfill additional operational responsibilities assigned by the Center Manager.
Requirement:
- Nitec in Nursing
- Registered with SNB
- Experience working in and care for the elderly setting is an advantage
