Job Description:
· Preparing high-quality bakery items (bread)
· Clean food preparation areas as determined by company policy.
· Create new bakery (bread) recipes.
· Estimate expected ingredients consumption and organise preparation.
· Keep records and accounts of ingredients purchase.
· Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed.
· Manage and to ensure bakery cost is in a healthy range.
· Minimize wastage.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent physical condition and stamina
- High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a bakery / pastry school will be an advantage.
- Specialise in Asian style bakery.
- 6 days’ work week
- Singaporean only
