Job Descriptions:
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom
- Managing and overseeing schedules of inventory and stocks
- To ensure all safety and cleanliness standards are met in the showroom
- Monitoring employees activities
- Coordinating shipments and receiving the merchandise into the warehouse
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and in a timely manner
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred but not required
- 1 to 2+ years of retail experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement
- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
