Overview of Position:
To assist Restaurant Manager in creating and maintaining a culture of customer service, employee recruitment and development, and business profitability, while upholding the brand standards as set by 4Fingers.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Service Commitment Responsibilities:
- Consistently delivers our 4Fingers customer program
- Conveys passion about his/her work, the products we serve, and the 4Fingers brand
- Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of all 4Fingers products
- Manages the customer environment
- Handles customer requests and complaints in a positive, professional manner.
- Create a customer experience that delivers the promise of the 4Fingers brand. This includes a genuinely friendly service that generates regular customers return; accurate orders; hot & fresh food.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Talent Management Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process in the restaurant.
- Maintains a positive working environment to promote a culture of passion, teamwork and respect.
- Maintains communication within the shop.
- Creates shop objectives and action plans to achieve the target
- Utilizes retention and rewards tools to motivate restaurant staff. Manage the crew which includes rostering, regular coaching, communications.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering Business Responsibilities:
- Maintains highest standards of ethics and integrity.
- Maintains highest standards of personal conduct and appearance
- Identifies, establishes, and implements local promotions designed to maximize sales for the operation, with the agreement of 4Fingers.
- Implements brand promotions.
- Manage day to day operations that includes the highest safety and hygiene standards compliant with regulations.
- Develops sales, cost, profit targets
- Responsible for the completion of daily, weekly, and monthly restaurant reports.
- To keep and implement 4Fingers standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage raw materials, supplies, equipment and IT systems.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste

Requirements:
- Have minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, supporting Restaurant operations listed.
- Handson person at all times.
- One with great passion, to operate like a business owner, people orientated, driven and hungry.
- Able to drive, manage people and takes pride in delivering the best to the customer
- Consistent, persistent, independant
- Great problem solver, with excellent communication skills
