Responsibilities:
• Leading project planning sessions
• Coordinating staff and internal resources allocation
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholder
• Vendor management and escalation point for all matters arising from the project
• Oversee all aspects of project, budget, implementation and mantenance
• Designing and signing off on contracts
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review
• Designing risk mitigation plan
• Perform risk assessment and quality management
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
• Managing large and diverse teams
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of project management and related experience.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
