Responsibilities
- Responsively address customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Manage and coordinate import and export shipments.
- Establish effective communication with overseas agents to verify shipping documents and comply with the regulations of respective countries.
- Issue customs permits as needed.
- Maintain close communication with various stakeholders, including vendors, shippers, customers, carriers, and overseas agents.
- Accurately input data related to freight services.
- Ensure meticulous management of paperwork documentation for billing and file closure upon shipment completion.
- Undertake occasional tasks as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Cargowise an advantage.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Office.
- Display a meticulous, team-oriented, and positive work attitude.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in both airfreight operations and customer service.
