Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Facility Senior Manager (Facility & Automation Engineering) to provide leadership and active management to Facilities Management team to outcomes of buildings services and environmental related matters.
What Will You Do
- ·To provide leadership and active management to Facilities Management team to outcomes of buildings services and environmental related matters.
- Management and maintenance of the premises such as tenancy agreement
- To provide technical advice in building, plumbing & sanitary, automation, M&E services such as ACMV, BMS, fire protection system, lift, escalator etc. matters.
- ·Responsibility to plan and manage Fire Safety and Workplace Safety & Health to always ensure of fire protection facilities and equipment safe in all department.
What Do We Want
- Degree in Facility Management / Building Services / Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Fire Safety and Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent.
- At least 5 experience in relevant work experience.
- Experience in preventive facility management and Fire Safety and Workplace Safety & Health & Environmental Safety & Health is a requirement.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
