Job Summary:

Sales Manager specializing in B2B, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end B2B sales process for a specific brand. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing market and technical product research, as well as cultivating lasting client connections.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify opportunities, generate leads, and prospect potential clients or customers through various channels, such as cold calling and networking.
  • Lead the sales process, including presenting product demos, providing exemplary customer service, closing sales, and conducting follow-ups for a specific brand/product.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
  • Monitor competitors, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and provide strategic insights for maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Spearhead sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and prepare presentations addressing specific client requirements or market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the team and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Assume responsibility for any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Business or related field preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients;
  • In-depth product knowledge and the ability to present technical information in a clear and cohesive manner;
  • Proven experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.
